Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of PathToHope Wellness, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Medical Services
PathToHope Wellness provides telepsychiatry and mental health services through licensed, board-certified psychiatrists. Our services include:
- Psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Medication management and prescribing
- Telepsychiatry consultations
- Treatment planning and monitoring
- Care coordination with other providers
Not Emergency Services
PathToHope Wellness does not provide emergency psychiatric services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please:
- Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room
- Call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 988
- Contact your local crisis hotline
Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent)
- Be located in the state of Texas at the time of service
- Have a valid email address and phone number
- Have access to a device with camera and internet for telepsychiatry
Telemedicine Consent
By using our telepsychiatry services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You understand the risks and benefits of telemedicine
- You consent to receiving psychiatric care via video conferencing
- You will be in a private, secure location during sessions
- You understand that technical failures may occur
- You agree to follow up in person if recommended by your provider
Appointment Cancellation
We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Payment and Insurance
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept most major insurance plans and will verify your benefits before your appointment. You are responsible for any copays, deductibles, or non-covered services.
Medication Policies
- Controlled substances are prescribed at the discretion of your provider
- Early refill requests require provider approval
- Lost or stolen medication policies vary by medication type
- You must attend follow-up appointments to continue receiving prescriptions
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Information will only be disclosed with your written authorization or as required by law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of PathToHope Wellness and protected by copyright laws.
Limitation of Liability
PathToHope Wellness and its providers are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, except where prohibited by law.
