5 Steps to Online ADHD Treatment
Our telehealth ADHD evaluation follows the same clinical standards as in-person assessment — using validated screening tools, structured interviews, and DSM-5 criteria.
Book Your Evaluation
Schedule online or call 432-770-3341. Same-day and next-day appointments available across Texas. Choose a time that works for your schedule — morning, afternoon, or evening.
Complete Intake Forms
Before your visit, complete our secure online intake forms. This includes basic demographics, insurance information, medical history, and a brief symptom checklist. This helps us prepare for your evaluation.
Attend Your Video Evaluation
During your secure video visit, we administer the ASRS-v1.1 (the gold standard adult ADHD screener), conduct a comprehensive clinical interview, and review your developmental, academic, and occupational history.
Receive Diagnosis & Treatment Plan
If ADHD is diagnosed, you receive a personalized treatment plan including medication recommendations (stimulant or non-stimulant), dosage strategy, lifestyle recommendations, and a follow-up schedule.
Start Medication & Follow-Up
Prescriptions are sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy. Follow-up appointments every 2–4 weeks initially to optimize medication and dosage. Most patients notice improvement within the first week.
What to Expect During Your Online ADHD Evaluation
Your first telehealth appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation focused specifically on ADHD symptoms and diagnosis. This is not a rushed 10-minute visit — we take 45–60 minutes to thoroughly understand your symptoms, history, and goals.
Before your visit: Complete intake forms, test your camera and microphone, choose a quiet private space, and gather your insurance card, photo ID, and list of current medications.
During your visit: We will discuss your current symptoms, review the ASRS-v1.1 results, explore your childhood and school history, assess work and relationship functioning, review any previous diagnoses or treatments, and discuss medication options if appropriate.
After your visit: You receive a written summary of your diagnosis and treatment plan. Prescriptions are sent to your pharmacy. Follow-up is scheduled. You have access to our team for questions between visits.

ADHD Medications Available Through Telehealth
We offer both stimulant and non-stimulant medications, tailoring treatment to your specific symptoms, medical history, and preferences.
Stimulant Medications
First-line treatment for most adults. Work quickly — often within 30–60 minutes. Effective for 70–80% of patients.
Note: Stimulants are controlled substances and require ongoing monitoring. We schedule follow-ups every 2–4 weeks initially, then monthly.
Non-Stimulant Medications
Preferred for patients with anxiety, substance use history, or those who do not tolerate stimulants. Take 2–6 weeks to reach full effect.
Good to know: Non-stimulants are not controlled substances and can often be prescribed with fewer restrictions. They are also effective for patients with co-occurring anxiety.
