- 60–90 minute video evaluationA full psychiatric evaluation — not a triage call — covering what brought you in, how long it has been going on, medical and family history, and anything that could imitate the problem.
- Plan the same dayA diagnosis where one is warranted, a treatment plan you agree to, and an electronic prescription sent to your pharmacy if medication is part of it.

Is an online same-day visit a real psychiatric appointment?
It is a full appointment — 60 to 90 minutes for a first evaluation with a board-certified PMHNP-BC, not a triage call. Diagnosis, treatment plan, and e-prescription where appropriate all happen in the visit.
What do I need for a same-day video visit?
A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera, a private space, and a stable connection. No software to install. You must be physically located in Texas at the time of the visit.
Does insurance cover a same-day telepsychiatry visit?
Yes — Texas law requires plans to cover telehealth the same as in-person care. We are in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, Humana, Medicare, and Medicaid, and we verify your copay before the visit.
