Follow-up visits run 20 to 30 minutes and are scheduled as closely as your plan needs — weekly at first if a medication is being started or adjusted, then spaced out as things stabilize.

Medication management — starting, adjusting, combining, or tapering psychiatric medication, with side effects reviewed at every visit.
Ongoing monitoring — symptom tracking between visits, so changes are caught early rather than at the next annual review.
