Insomnia
Difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking too early. Sleep is fundamental to mental health, and we address both sleep and underlying causes.

We evaluate for underlying causes and may recommend sleep medications, melatonin, or other agents alongside sleep hygiene education and CBT-I referrals.
The initial evaluation runs 60 to 90 minutes over secure video. Bright Setorglo, PMHNP-BC takes a full history — how long symptoms have lasted, what makes them better or worse, sleep, medical conditions, family history, and anything you have already tried. There is no rushing and no ten-minute intake.
You leave the first visit with a working diagnosis, a written plan, and, when medication is appropriate, a prescription sent electronically to the pharmacy you choose. Follow-up visits run 20 to 30 minutes and are scheduled as closely as your plan needs — weekly at first if a medication is being started or adjusted, then spaced out as things stabilize.
In most cases, yes. We work with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, Humana, Medicare, Medicaid, and most plans cover a telehealth psychiatric visit at the same rate as an in-person one. Self-pay rates are quoted before you book, so there is no surprise bill.
Online throughout Texas — you need to be physically located in Texas at the time of your visit. Same-day and next-day appointments are common, and most new patients are seen within 24 to 48 hours.
